On May 4, 2017, the board of directors of Altimmune, Inc. (the Company) adopted a new Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the Code of Ethics) applicable to the Companys directors, officers, employees and consultants. The new code generally addresses the same matters as the former code in effect with respect to PharmAthene, Inc. (PharmAthene) prior to the completion of the Mergers announced in the Companys Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 8, 2017. The Code of Ethics is available on the Companys website at www.altimmune.com, under Investors Corporate Governance.
